Our client is a global provider of mechanical seals, sealing systems, and industrial components. Their core product lines include mechanical seals, bellows, cartridge seals, pump parts, industrial lubricants, and seismic isolation devices. They serve a wide range of industries.

Job Description

• Sales activities for gland packing and mechanical seal products

• Account management and follow-up with existing clients (Singapore, India, Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.)

• New business development

• Preparing quotations, product proposals, and basic technical support

• Project coordination and negotiations with clients

• Overseas business trips (mainly India; approx. once a month or once every 1-2 months)

• Collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners

Job Requirements

• Experience or strong knowledge in Gland Packing and/or Mechanical Seals

• Sales experience in related fields preferred

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Flexibility and strong curiosity to learn

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Sales experience in industrial machinery

• Ability to use English or Indian languages in order to deal with clients in India market

• Willingness to travel to India regularly

Compensation

• Work Location: Pandan Loop

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Bonus: AWS + Variable Bonus (once a year)

• Annual Salary Review: December, based on performance

• Allowance: Transportation allowance SGD 200/month
