Senior Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Supervisor - #1127758

1. Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.) 

2. Inform customers if there is cargo damage

3. Send stuffing / unstuffing photos to customers upon operation completion 

4. Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers 

5. Monitor warehouse inbound /outbound and its space management 

6. Plan and distribute manpower / resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule 

7. Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings 

8. Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery drivers and collection drivers

9. Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing

10. Executive corrective action on safety non-conformance findings

 Requirements:

1. NITEC / Diploma in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline

2. Exposure to loose cargo & bulky cargo operations

3. Experience in export / import cargo via Jurong Port is an added advantage

4. Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment

5. Experience to supervise 6 – 8 staff

6. Possess a forklift licence
