About the Role
As our HR Assistant Manager (Talent & HR Discipline), you will be the driving force behind frontline hiring and talent retention. You’ll play a critical role supporting recruitment for paramedics, medics, medic drivers, healthcare assistants, and more.
You’ll also support HR discipline matters to uphold fair, consistent, and professional HR governance, working closely with the HR Manager, Group HR, and operations teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle hiring for frontline healthcare & ambulance roles
Manage sourcing channels (portals, agencies, outreach, social, referrals)
Run screening, shortlisting, interview coordination & offers
Maintain hiring dashboards & funnel metrics
Mass Hiring Campaigns
Execute fast-track recruitment drives
Work closely with Ops & Training teams to hit manpower targets
Oversee onboarding, documentation & training alignment
Talent Retention
Track early attrition & propose retention solutions
Conduct probation reviews, stay interviews & pulse checks
Analyse turnover and present action plans
HR Discipline Case Support
Support investigations, fact-finding & documentation
Handle staff queries professionally & confidentially
Maintain accurate case logs
Guide supervisors on proper discipline procedures
HR Data, Reporting & Analytics
Update hiring & attrition reports
Maintain discipline case logs
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards
Flag early warning signs on manpower risks
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Ops, Ambulance & Training teams
Align onboarding & manpower ramp-up timelines
Build strong relationships with recruitment partners
What We’re Looking For
Degree in HR, Business or related fields
Min 3 years HR experience, strong in recruitment
High-volume hiring experience preferred (healthcare, service, operations
Exposure to HR discipline matters an advantage
Good analytical and reporting capabilities
Immediate availability preferred
