Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the end-to-end quality management system and standards across design input, production processes, testing, and shipment.

• Manage quality documentation (SOPs, work instructions, inspection criteria, etc.) to meet DCC requirements; lead or support non-conformance handling and the quality review/validation of engineering changes (ECN).

• Carry out routine quality control activities on the test line, including data monitoring, statistical analysis (SPC), and abnormality resolution.

• Conduct GR&R studies on test systems and validate or optimize test programs to ensure accurate and reliable results.

• Perform quality audits, monitor supplier performance, coordinate issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement with manufacturing partners and key suppliers.

• Address customer quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely and effective corrective actions and reports (such as 8D reports).
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related engineering or quality field.

• Experience in quality roles within chip design or wafer fabrication is preferred.

• Proficient with quality tools such as 8D and FMEA, with hands-on experience in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

• Good understanding of ISO 9001; knowledge of IATF 16949 or semiconductor-related quality systems is a plus.

• Familiar with core quality methods and tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D).

• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Minitab, JMP, or similar software.
