Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Department (HOD) and business development manager in executing initiatives and projects to meet operational goals.

• Collaborate with diagnostics service leads to ensure seamless business operations and service support to primary healthcare entities.

• Maintain and update business unit’s web content, addressing feedback for ongoing service improvements.

• Manage relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring effective communication regarding any workflow changes.

• Assist in the management of contracts with both internal entities and external clients.

• Gather, analyze and respond to feedback from clients to improve service delivery.

• Plan and coordinate meetings, workgroups, and associated projects as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, or a diploma with significant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in project coordination within large organizations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey key messages effectively to stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical skills for identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Proficient in multitasking and managing various projects in a dynamic environment.
