NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer - #1127569

Responsibilities

• Lead and pilot new product setup and launch activities, including RFQ, product structure planning, and part number creation.

• Raise, manage, and maintain all engineering-related documents (e.g., BOM, ECN, MDR).

• Disseminate manufacturing and engineering information to relevant stakeholders.

• Attend to ECN and MDR updates promptly.

• Provide technical support to customers and the production team.

• Ensure new products are developed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule without compromising quality.

• Monitor manufacturing progress for new product builds.

• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure products meet specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong knowledge in BOM structure, BOM release, and ECN/MDR processes.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001.

• Knowledge of UL508A, SEMI F47, and SEMI S2 is an advantage.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Location: Kaki Bukit Place

• Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Salary: $3,800 – $4,200 + Variable Bonus
