• Basic : UP TO $3200 (Depends on experience) +VB

• Location: Gul Circle - Transport Provided at Various MRT Stations

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri / 8.15am - 5.30pm

• Well Established Environmental Services & Supplies Company

• Knowledge of shipping terms, documents & freight operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update shipment status daily, and share updates with the team and relevant parties.

• Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and the warehouse to avoid delays and solve any logistics issues.

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including LC, BL drafts, insurance forms, VGM, CO, CQ, GST forms, permits, and other required paperwork.

• Keep proper records of all shipment activities and ensure they follow company and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the logistics team with ad-hoc duties and handle administrative support when needed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma qualification with 1 year of working experience in logistics, shipping, or documentation

• Candidate must have knowledge in Logistics & supply chain management

• Knowledge in freight forwarding services (arranging transport & delivery of shipments & etc)
