PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible to support day-to-day operations for providing technical assistance with equipment operation based at client’s premises.

2. To perform PC/Laptop PO sampling testing and auditing check.

3. Responsible for all technical issues/escalation (e.g., repair keyboard, PC/laptops)

4. Perform specimen handling, control and tracking functions to identify and troubleshoot defective materials.

5. Ensuring all inspection procedure perform is comply with client’s standard of procedure and completed within the timeline assign.

6. Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle

7. Be the main contact point with internal and external stakeholder

8. Assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.

9. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess least Diploma and above preferably in digital systems and computer Engineering;

2. At least 3 year of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position;

3. Proficient with computer function and SAP knowledge;

4. Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks;

5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multi task and work well in a fast-paces environment;

6. Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;

7. Able to commit for overtime when needed;

8. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.

Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm
