Role Overview:

As a Telemarketer, your role is to reach out to businesses, introduce our loan services, qualify interested leads, and schedule appointments with our loan consultants. You will play a key role in helping businesses gain access to funding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to businesses using our internal lead database

Introduce and explain our business loan offerings in a clear and professional manner

Identify business needs and qualify leads based on funding requirements

Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up

Update call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions accurately

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B sales is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in speaking with business owners or decision-makers

Persistent, goal-driven, and able to handle rejections positively

Fluent in English; other languages (Mandarin/Malay) are a plus to effectively communicate with clients
