Job Overview
The successful candidate will join HomeTeamNS’s Project Team to perform specific roles in addition and alteration works to existing properties. He/she will also be tasked to provide administrative support to the team.
Job Responsibilities
· Procurement of renovation/ reinstatement works within existing properties
· Management of A&A projects including tracking of progress, assessment of variation works, payment reviews and recommendation
· Assist in the consolidation of requirements from the clubhouse divisions for infrastructural development projects
· Coordination between contractors and internal stakeholders
· Main person-in-charge for publication of tenders and other procurement-related administrative duties
· Document control including management of project files, tracking of payments and submission of payments via finance software for approval by the approving authorities.
· Staff support in engagement of committees
· Drafting of minutes and other staff support duties
· Other ad hoc duties that will be assigned
Job Requirements :
· Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years performing similar role
· Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Building or equivalent.
· Preferably with relevant experience in construction-related projects
· Knowledge in procurement, use of online procurement platform and financial software are added advantages.
· Independent, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple major and minor development works
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Well-versed in MS office
