Qualifications & experience

• 1 year experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure Able to multi-task and work independently Entry Level all are welcome Willing to learn

• Nitec and above in Food science & technology related study

Tasks & responsibilities

• Procurement and cost control

• Experience with ISO 22000

• Food tasting and testing

• R & D of new products

• Liaise with SFA

• Manage daily production process

• Lead and manage a team of production workers

• Ensure product meet the company's quality standards, policies and practices.

• Has ability to multitask and priorities work efficiently.

• To comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations

• Ensure compliance of all raw materials and finished product Maintain hygiene and safety in the workplace. Interest or have food machinery knowledge is a plus point. Other ad-hoc duties such as stock taking.
