NIE International (NIEI) is the consultancy and training private arm of the National Institute of Education (NIE) Singapore to extend its expertise in education to external corporations and international institutions.
The office provides customised teaching programmes and educational management consultancy services, by NIE faculty staff and highly qualified experienced trainers in Singapore. Our teaching and management consultancies extend from local organisations to international agencies and institutions.
The office is located in NIE, within the NTU Campus.
This position is offered on a full-time contractual basis.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognised University
• At least two years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal, organisational, communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Project and programme management skills with strong attention to details.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently with minimal supervision and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Programme Administration
• Check, process and maintain proper filing and documentation of programme papers.
• Review and process ad-hoc administrative requests, including notification of results, transcripts, and certificate preparation.
• Manage consultancy-related matters such as drafting appointment letters and processing honorarium claims.
• Ensure all data is handled in accordance with Data Protection policies.
Programme Management and Support
• Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of programmes, workshops and ad-hoc events.
• Prepare logistics, course materials, and equipment required for programmes and events.
• Communicate with participants regarding programme matters, enquiries, requirements, and updates.
• Support trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programmes and events.
• Monitor and process finance and procurement requests and documents related to the programmes and events.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support departmental operations and programme delivery.
This position involves desk-bound duties as well as on-site programme management and training matters.
