Responsibilities:

• Act as customers’ representative & serve as main contact point for customers (mainly for commercial Aircond's maintenance contract)

• Actively looking for new customers to increase customer base & sought back long-lost customers through effective service solutions and package (contract sales)

• Promote and propose Service Solutions & chiller (commercial Aircond) servicing maintenance contract to building consultants and contractors

• Actively identify potential opportunities

• Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention

• Any other relevant job assignment from times to times

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

• Customer driven and willing to learn new options/ offerings to fulfil customers’ requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage

• Experience in sales is added advantage

• Experience as consultant, ESCO, service engineer are valued; ability to earn trust from customers

• Those without prior experience but interested to join this line is welcomed
