Technical Assurance Manager - #1127454

We are looking for a Technical Assurance Manager to drive fleet-wide technical standards, investigations, and continuous improvement. You will lead investigations into incidents, identify root causes, implement preventive measures, and integrate lessons into training and operations across the fleet.

This is an excellent ship-to-shore opportunity for candidates fresh from sailing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, near misses, and technical breakdowns.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and track improvements.
• Analyze trends, repetitive defects, and weak signals to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marine, Vetting, and L&D teams to maintain high standards.
• Support technical training and competency development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Class 1 COC (Min 1 year Chief Engineer or 2 years 2nd Engineer)
• Must have Experience on LPG carriers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to commit to travelling for work
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
