Job Title: Orchid Packer (Warehouse)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and careful individual to join our team as an Orchid Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for packing live orchid plants at our warehouse and ensuring each order is prepared accurately and handled with care.

• Gently handle and pack live orchids to prevent damage during order preparation.

• Ensure each orchid is packed neatly and securely (no sealing required).

• Double-check product accuracy and ensure the correct orchid varieties are included in each order.

• Label orders clearly and correctly according to the assigned delivery point.

• Maintain a clean and organised packing area.

• Report any damaged plants or packing issues to the supervisor.

• Support basic warehouse duties when required.

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Able to handle delicate live plants with care.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a warehouse environment.

• Able to work independently as well as in a small team.

• Working with live orchids—must be comfortable handling plants.

• Light-duty role; does not require heavy lifting or long periods of standing.

• Suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks and a calm working environment.
