Job Summary:
The role of Cybersecurity Talent & Leadership Development Specialist focuses on support the design, coordination, and execution of programs that enhance cybersecurity capabilities and career growth within the organization.
Job Descriptions :
Program Coordination and Support:
Assist in the rollout and administration of comprehensive talent mobility and learning frameworks for cybersecurity professionals.
Serve as a primary point of contact for cybersecurity staff, providing guidance on available development resources and career pathways.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain and update systems tracking employee competencies, certifications, and progress in development programs.
Collect and compile data to assist the Senior Manager in reporting and presentations for leadership.
Prepare visualizations using tools like Tableau and Excel to illustrate program engagement and outcomes.
Content and Communications:
Assist in the development and curation of learning materials and resources for cybersecurity professionals.
Draft communications to promote engagement in talent development initiatives.
Gather participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Support the Senior Manager in preparing materials for meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or HR coordination.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
