What You’ll Do:
Handle foreign staff Work Pass applications & renewals
Arrange 6-monthly medical checks for female Work Pass holders
Coordinate staff onboarding & offboarding (medicals, access cards, accounts)
Maintain employee records & HR database
Administer staff welfare, benefits & training programs
Ensure compliance with MOM rules & company policies
Prepare HR reports & support policy updates
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Basic knowledge of employment laws & HR policies
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organised & proactive
- HRIS experience is a plus
