About the role

This is a contract opportunity for a Senior Storekeeper to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.


What you'll be doing

Warehouse Operations & Safety

  • Understand and comply with all warehouse-related safety, quality, and operational procedures.

  • Perform 5S activities to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

  • Ensure all processes follow QHSE, AIB, Food Defense, and Halal compliance requirements.

Logistics & Customer Support

  • Handle customer logistics expectations professionally and accurately.

  • Respond to enquiries regarding inventory availability, order status, shipping instructions, and special customer requests.

  • Process incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Schedule orders and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and on-time delivery.

  • Work closely with inspection organizations for export shipments.

  • Liaise with freight forwarders on all import and export shipment arrangements.

Billing & Documentation

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered.

  • Prepare and maintain all required documentation for logistics, compliance, and shipping activities.

Support & Procurement

  • Assist supervisors, executives, or managers as needed.

  • Participate in procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.

What we're looking for

  • Adaptable and resilient, able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA.

  • Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.

  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations.

  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is an added advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, supported by solid computer literacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Overtime (OT) Eligibility

  • This position is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with company policy and statutory labor regulations.

  • All overtime work must be approved by the supervisor/manager prior to execution.

Shift Allowance

  • Employees assigned to non-standard working hours (e.g., afternoon or night shift) will receive a shift allowance.

  • Allowance amounts follow the company’s approved shift allowance structure and will be reflected in monthly payroll.

Joining Bonus

  • Eligible candidates may receive a joining bonus based on internal approval and recruitment guidelines.

  • The bonus amount, terms, and payout schedule will be communicated at the point of offer (if applicable).

  • Joining bonus is subject to repayment conditions if early resignation occurs within the specified period.

Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

  • Employees are eligible for the Annual Wage Supplement (13th-month bonus) in accordance with company policy.

  • AWS payout is prorated based on the employee’s service period within the calendar year and subject to company & individual performance criteria where applicable.

  1. Alps Ave - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:30 - 18:15

  2. Alps Ave - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 12:45 - 22:30

  3. Alps Ave - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 11:15 - 21:00

  4. Alps Ave - 5.5 Days (Monday–Saturday): 08:25 - 17:45/Alt. Saturday 08:20 - 12:30

  5. Tampines - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 13:15 - 23:00

  6. Tampines - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 22:30 - 08:15

  7. Tampines - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 07:30 - 17:15

  8. Bedok South - 5 Days (Monday–Friday): 08:30 - 18:15
