Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients — registration, scheduling, and appointment coordination

• Assist with booking of appointments and follow-ups

• Perform administrative tasks related to clinical services and programmes

• Handle general enquiries and support clinic operations

• Rotation in consultation room support doctor

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
