Reprographics Assistant - #1127366

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will support the School by providing an efficient reprographic service for the school community.

The role reports to the Lead Reprographics Technician.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE `O’ Level or equivalent

• Minimum working experience of two to three years

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office Applications) and software applications e.g. Tiff, JPEG, Excel and PDF

• Experience with photocopying machines will be an advantage

• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

• Positive attitude and positive approach to working with people

• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player

• Have a disciplined approach to timekeeping and good attendance at work

5-day week – working hours are from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (41.25 nett hours per week) with annual leave entitlement.
