About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive to join our dynamic team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd' in the North-East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our client's facilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment for their employees and customers.
What you'll be doing
Building Operations & Maintenance
Schedule, supervise, and execute routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:
RH temperature controls
Power generators
Chillers
Air-conditioning systems
Other facility-related mechanical and electrical systems
Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and meet safety and regulatory standards.
What we're looking for
Education: Diploma in Facilities Management or any related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in building operations, maintenance, or facility management.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting RH temperature systems, solar panels, power generators, air-conditioning units, and other critical facility equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Attitude & Soft Skills: Willingness to learn, assertive, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
