Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to Sales Managers in day-to-day operations, sales activities, and project coordination

• Prepare and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and tender submissions in a timely and accurate manner

• Coordinate closely with customers and factory teams on technical and commercial matters to ensure smooth project execution

• Undergo on-the-job training to develop technical expertise in control valve selection, sizing, and applications

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering

• Strong technical foundation with good understanding of mechanical systems or control equipment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
