Requirement and Job Description

· Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC air-condi oning.

· To ensure the maintenance programs and rec fica on jobs are managed by a team of technicians

efficiently.

· Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable limits.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regula ons.

· Provides project status of assigned task list items to Facili es supervisors, managers, technicians,

and other internal department personnel, as necessary.

· Preparing reports and documenta on.

· Coordina ng contractors for installa on and maintenance projects.

· Checking work completed by contractors for compliance and safety.

· Plan, schedule and supervise Preven ve and Correc ve Maintenance work ac vi es, priori es and

reallocate resource when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibili es of the

Facili es organiza on.

· Evalua ng the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.

· Lead and par cipate in equipment and system abnormali es root cause analysis, a end review

mee ng, and provide updates, then execute correc ve and preven ve ac on for con nual

improvement, this includes installa on and modifica on work on exis ng or new mechanical

equipment and system.

Required Skills/Abili es:

· Be able to conduct condi onal assessment for exis ng systems.

· Well versed in local regulatory requirements.

· Es mate labour for complex mechanical system installa on.

· Develop exper se in equipment as assigned.

· Must possess leadership abili es and good client maintenance skills.
