Working Summary:
8am – 5pm (Mon- Friday) / 8am -12.30pm (half a Saturday) - 5.5days
Basic Up to $2,800
Location: Multiple site
Responsibilities:
Manage clinic session updates in the system and coordinate with various stakeholders to handle patient appointment scheduling.
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
Consistently meet quality standards and achieve departmental KPIs on a monthly basis.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
