1.Identify new clients weekly through cold calls, industry exhibitions, etc., leveraging the company's competitive shipping routes between the U.S. and Canada.

2.Proactively maintain relationships with assigned clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to the senior manager.

3.Conduct client visits to expand the customer base and achieve monthly/annual targets for client numbers and performance.

4.Mitigate accounts receivable risks and actively assist the finance department in collecting overdue payments.
