Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and potential clients

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business

• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and project conditions

• Collaborate with site supervisors to monitor project progress and prepare work completion plans for progress claims

• Prepare and submit progress claims, quotations, and contract documentation

• Monitor market trends and report sales activities and pipeline updates to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries

• Ability to meet monthly or quarterly sales targets

• Class 3 driving license and own transport preferred
