Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, solutions, and consultation to support customer needs

• Deliver product or system training and ensure high-quality technical assistance

• Perform on-site visits, troubleshooting and customer engagement as required

• Prepare technical documentation, reports and support materials

• Able to travel and meet customers within the region

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) or related field

• Strong understanding of electrical assets, power and relevant regulations is an advantage

• Hands-on experience with technical systems, diagnostics or field support

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
