Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents for assigned projects

• Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure accurate costing

• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on pricing, materials, and work scope

• Review contracts, agreements, and project documentation to ensure compliance

• Assist in final accounts preparation and other QS-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Electrical, or related field

• Previous experience in construction or electrical QS roles is an advantage

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
