As a Nurse Manager (OT), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist Assistant / Director of Nursing in daily functions

• Ensure smooth daily operation flow in the department

• Attend and assist in any dispute cases

• Resolve and follow through on service/quality/medico-legal issues

• Handle overall responsibility for the induction process, plans for self and nurses' career progression

• Set goals and overall KPI for department

• Submit reports in a timely manner

• Provide training and guidance to the department

• Ensure staff adhere to the practices and SOPs

• Develop training programmes and continuous learning courses to upgrade the team's knowledge and skills

• Any other duties within the team

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Nursing

• Possessing Advanced Diploma in Peri-Operation will be advantageous

• Possess minimum 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience

• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Great leadership and management skills
