About the Role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our operations team as General Workers / Operators. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, handling equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials.

• Perform general tasks to support daily operations.

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

• Report issues or maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Punctual, reliable, and willing to work in shifts.

• Prior experience in general, factory, or operational roles is an advantage.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
