Job Scope:

Warehouse Assistant (Ups to $2300 - $2500)

• Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Perform stock checks and update inventory records.

Job Requirements:

• Possess forklift license is an advantage. (Not compulsory)

• Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Logistics Coordinator (Ups to $3000 - $4500)

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments.

• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments.

• Manage customer calls and emails, coordinating delivery orders efficiently.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.

• Record all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately.

• Maintain and file Proof of Delivery (POD) and other related documents.

• Manage and process all shipping-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist and guide junior team members to uphold service quality.

Job Requirements:

• 1~2 years in relevant experience will added advantages.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Possess computer knowledge; Microsoft office
