Job Description

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store execution.

• Recommend suitable SKUs to store managers based on stock levels and replenishment needs.

• Negotiate and secure prominent product displays and additional shelf space to maximize brand visibility.

• Monitor and provide regular feedback on competitors’ activities, promotions, and new product launches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, floor staff, and merchandisers.

• Ensure all POSM materials are properly displayed to achieve maximum in-store visibility and impact.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or FMCG sales, with the ability to execute in-store activities and meet monthly sales targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with store staff and secure displays or shelf space.

• Good market awareness and attention to detail to monitor competitor activities and ensure proper POSM placement.
