Details :

• Salary up to $4,500

• 5 Days (Morning & Afternoon Shift) Morning: 7AM-4.30PM, Afternoon: 1.30PM - 10.30PM

• Performance bonus UP to 6 Months

Responsibility :

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of microbiology and/or chemical laboratory standards and requirements.

• Perform inspections at all stages, from raw materials to finished products.

• Lead and manage a team of QC assistants to ensure inspections are carried out objectively and effectively.

• Compile, review, and analyse inspection data to drive continuous improvement.

• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure food safety and quality objectives are consistently met.

• Develop and implement QC and laboratory procedures as needed to support operational goals.

• Conduct training sessions for staff and visitors on food safety and hygiene practices.

• Maintain accurate QC records and ensure timely and precise reporting.

• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
