As an Admin Assistant (Allied Health & Operations), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support AHO Manager in administrative functions for Senior Mobility & Enabling Fund (SMF), One-Rehab, Linen & Laundry, and general clerical tasks.
Collaborate with therapists to support the application process for funding and the procurement of therapy equipment.
Track delivery of therapy devices, verify billing accuracy, and maintain organised filing systems and records.
Perform SMF Fund Administrator duties, including claim preparation, submission to AIC, and ledger reconciliation.
Ensure completeness and compliance of SMF documentation and assist with audit requirements.
Manage stationery inventory and submit requests for replenishment when necessary.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
