As an Assistant Manager, Strategic Operations (Community Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate and align activities and processes across the division to ensure effective service delivery.
Lead quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support for grant management, including funding applications and progress report submissions.
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for effective tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand key work processes and address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and present findings to management.
Design and implement operational strategies, track performance metrics, and monitor progress towards short- and long-term objectives.
Facilitate sector partnerships and stakeholder engagements, where applicable.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in any relevant fields.
Possess a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations & project management.
