Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and departments to achieve both short-term and long-term human resource goals.
Provide tailored advice and support to clinical departments for talent attraction, retention, training, development, and engagement.
Administer HR functions including recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, and staff wellness initiatives.
Facilitate regular engagement sessions to gather employee feedback and foster an open and supportive workplace culture.
Participate in organization-wide projects and events as assigned, contributing to innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Undertake additional projects as delegated by the Head of Unit.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; IHRP certification is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related functions is preferred.
Strong collaborative work attitude with organization, meticulousness, proactiveness, and urgency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on results and team-oriented values.
Demonstrates integrity and exceptional personal values.
Proficient in computer software and analytical skills, including MS Office and other relevant applications.
