Senior Executive, Volunteer Management (Healthcare) - #1127008

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a network of volunteers in collaboration with community partners to drive health promotion activities.

• Recruit, coordinate, and oversee volunteers, ensuring they are assigned to suitable activities.

• Design training materials and conduct training sessions for volunteers.

• Plan, implement, and enhance volunteer-led initiatives that promote health within the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in volunteer management, preferably within the healthcare or social service sector.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, actionable goals.

• Resourceful, detail-oriented team player capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
