Key Account Manager (Pharmacy)
Account Management & Business Growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail pharmacy partners, drive sales performance, and identify new opportunities to maximize revenue
Strategic Planning & Trade Execution
– Develop and implement strategic account plans, category management strategies, and trade promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales
Collaboration with Merchandisers & Promoters
– Work closely with merchandisers to ensure optimal product display and stock availability, and support promoters in driving customer engagement and brand advocacy
Operational & Hands-On Management
– Oversee daily account operations, including stock planning, pricing negotiations, and resolving supply chain or store-level challenges
Market Insights & Performance Analysis
– Track market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and strengthen market positioning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in managing pharmacies accounts
Key account management experience is a MUST
A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to be hands on
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
