Senior Executive (6-Month Contract, Renewable)
About the Role
A leading institution is seeking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Executive to support procurement, fund monitoring, and financial operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automation-driven environments such as manufacturing, warehouses, or finance teams, and who are proficient in Power Automate and Power BI.
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible 6-month extension)
Salary Range: Up to SGD 4,500 per month
Job Purpose
Provide end-to-end support in procurement, fund monitoring, and financial processes
Oversee business travel claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
Drive digitalisation by leveraging Power Automate and Power BI to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Digitalisation & Workflow ImprovementDesign, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI (procurement status, fund monitoring, claims tracking)
Support onboarding and adoption of digital tools; provide basic training to colleagues
Manage procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and compliance checks
Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and financial reporting
Monitor and reconcile expenditure across grants, projects, and operational budgets
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Build and maintain tracking tools using Power Automate, Excel, databases, and Power BI
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
Analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance for finance, procurement, and audit requirements
Manage approval workflows for overseas travel
Validate and process travel claims in accordance with policies
Guide employees on travel procedures and claim submissions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in administrative, finance, procurement, or operations roles
Experience in automation-driven companies (manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, finance teams) is an advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in data analytics or statistical work is preferred
Background in budget management, project coordination, or stakeholder management is a plus
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Pivot, Macros)
Working knowledge of Power BI (data modelling, dashboard creation, reporting)
Familiarity with ERP/finance/grant systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Workday, RISE) will be an advantage
