Key Responsibilities

• Access Control & Visitor Management

• Patrolling & Security Surveillance

• Incident Response & Reporting

• Customer Service & Public Interaction

• Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Safety & Emergency Preparedness

• Other ad-hoc jobs when required

Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security License (SO/SSO rank or higher).

• Completed WSQ modules required for Security Officer role

• Preferably 1 year of security experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly.

• Basic report writing skills.

• Shift work (including weekends and public holidays).
