Job Responsibilities
Monitor and update shipment status daily to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent delays and resolve logistics issues promptly.
Prepare and manage key export documents such as Letter of Credit (LC) and Bill of Lading drafts (BL).
Handle supporting documents including Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, and Certificate of Quality.
Process additional required forms such as GST Form (Goods Return from Customer), Verification of Permit, and other export-related documentation.
