JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock or materials

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders

• Maintain inventory records using manual or digital systems

• Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe storage environment

• Label and store items correctly to ensure easy retrieval

• Report damaged, missing, or expired items

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)

• Assist with logistics coordination and delivery schedules

• Follow company safety protocols and compliance requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, emails, spreadsheets)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to lift and handle goods safely

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
