We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the training simulator systems we maintain.


Job Summary:

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of training simulator systems. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for training simulator systems‘ maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.


Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.


Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with simulator systems, including hardware and software components.


Quality Assurance:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.


Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.


Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.


Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair services.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in training simulator systems or similar technologies.

  • Strong technical knowledge of systems, including hardware and software components with proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Singapore Citizen (Mandatory Requirement).
