Job Summary

Compensation and Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary Potential: Up to $4,500++

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,300 (commensurate with experience)

• Additional Payments: Shift Allowance of $250 + Overtime (OT) Payable

• Performance Bonuses:

  • Guaranteed Monthly Bonus

  • Yearly Performance Bonus (up to 5 months payout)

• Salary Progression: Up to 9% salary increment after initial training (1-2 weeks)

• Annual Leave: Starting at 15 days, progressing up to 22 days

• Welfare: Annual Flexible Benefits of $1,700

Work Schedule

• Working Cycle: 4 days work, 2 days off

• Working Hours (Shift Rotation):

  • Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM

Location & Transportation

• Work Location: Changi, East Region,

• Transport is provided to and from the nearest bus stop to your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic checks and effectively resolve technical issues encountered in various aircraft engines.

• Execute disassembly procedures on aircraft engines for thorough inspection, maintenance, and repair.

• Conduct precise testing, upkeep, and repair of critical engine components in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the aerospace/aviation industry.
