Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison for customers, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses.
Assess and understand customer needs to deliver customized solutions.
Facilitate both virtual meetings and in-person engagements to foster strong relationships with key accounts.
Manage the complete order process, including coordinating shipping arrangements for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, pricing updates, and order status in the SAP system.
Assist with various sales and customer service tasks as needed.
Conduct monthly performance meetings with customers and Key Account Managers to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and overall service quality.
Prioritize exceptional customer service to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP systems will be considered an advantage.
