We’re looking for passionate pastry folks to join our team — from Commis and Demi Pastry Bakers to Chef de Partie level.
Location: 267 Pandan Loop, Singapore
What You’ll Do
Produce our signature and new item launches for TBB 2.0 with precision and care.
Support daily mise en place, doughs, batters, fillings, piping, glazing, and finishing touches.
Work in a high-volume production kitchen while maintaining artisanal quality.
Learn and work closely with senior chefs — or if you’re at CDP level, lead and guide juniors with hands-on mentorship.
Be part of seasonal R&D, helping us test new ideas and sweet creations.

What We’re Looking For
Commis / Demi Bakers: 0–2 years’ pastry kitchen experience or baking school background; a love for learning and detail.
Chef de Partie: Solid pastry production experience, confident in running a section and mentoring juniors.
A positive, team-first attitude.
Comfort with early morning shifts and weekends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining finesse.
