Our client is seeking a IT Network Engineer (NOC / On-Site) to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of hyperpure silicon wafers, operates globally with a focus on innovation and quality. Our Singapore facility is at the forefront of silicon wafer production, providing essential materials for the semiconductor industry.

What you'll be doing?

• Network Operations: Ensure the high availability and performance of our LAN/WAN networks, optimizing efficiency and managing hardware and software inventory.

• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 1 & 2 support for network issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Commission, decommission, and refresh network devices, adhering to technology lifecycle and compliance standards.

• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate network documentation and continuously improve processes and procedures.

• Project & Vendor Management: Lead or support network-related projects, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate solutions for enhancements.

• Operational Support: Provide 24/7 on-call support for production and operational environments.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in network management, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, in-depth knowledge of protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF), and proficiency in firewall technologies and router configuration.

• Familiarity: Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point, and Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-530pm

• Location: Tampines Singapore

• Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands

• Salary: $4000 - $5000, with AWS
