Our client is seeking a QA Engineer (Semiconductor) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Handle customer claims: Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with the quality of products.

• Implement corrective actions: Deploy and verify effective corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.

• Lead quality reviews: Participate in Materials Review Boards to ensure product quality before shipment.

• Report quality data: Generate and report on process and product capability to meet internal and external requirements.

• Collaborate with departments: Work with various teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Conduct quality audits: Perform internal and participate in customer audits to ensure quality standards are met.

• Contribute to continuous improvement: Support company goals by participating in activities that enhance quality processes.

• Perform additional tasks: Take on other assignments as required by the Quality Management and Quality Assurance Head of Department/Section Head/Manager.

Who are they looking for?

• Engineering degree: A degree in Engineering, B.Sc (Physics or Chemistry) is required.

• QA experience: 2-5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on semiconductor environments.

• Statistical skills: Proficiency in statistical techniques and tools such as SPC and QA control measures.

• Quality tools knowledge: Familiarity with quality tools like FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA.

• Quality management systems: Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, with audit experience being a plus.

• Technical skills: High proficiency in PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL.

• Team player: Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-530pm

• Location: Tampines Singapore

• Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands

• Salary: $4000 - $5000, with AWS
