Job Description:
This role focuses on supporting air export operations through customer service, shipment coordination, and documentation. You will handle customer inquiries, arrange cargo collection, process booking requests, provide flight details, and manage communication with overseas offices. The role also involves verifying vendor invoices, preparing customer reports, and ensuring smooth shipment handling while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customers’ inquiry
Prepare and process Air Export booking request
Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
Verify invoices from vendor
Prepare customers’ report
Job Requirement:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to converse in English through email and phone
Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
Outgoing personality
Willing to learn with good attitude
Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
Candidate with direct working experience will consider for senior positions
Additional Details:
Work schedule: 5 days per week (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat)
Work timing: 8.30am - 6.00pm
