We are looking for a Client Success Executive to join our team.
This is a relationship focused role where clients and leads will be provided. Your job is to understand client needs, guide them with clarity, and ensure they receive consistent support. No cold calling is required.
Job Description
Work with provided clients and leads to build strong, long lasting relationships
Understand client needs through active listening and clear communication
Provide guidance and recommendations with full training support
Manage follow ups to ensure consistent service and trust
Support client engagement activities such as meetings, reviews, or workshops
Work closely with team members and mentors to achieve shared goals
Who We Looking For
SG / SGPR
Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to work both independently and in a team
Comfortable with a hybrid setup (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
